Our funding options available are on the cutting edge.  All parties that want to do business with us and take advantage of the funding opportunities we offer: MUST meet all criteria and follow these directions accordingly.

Step 1. Before an initial introduction to the Trade Group your project must meet the following requirements:

1. 150+ Million (anything less will be on a case by case bases)
2. 25%+ profit margin
3. Strong resume supporting the individual(s) doing the project 

Documents needed after being Pre-Qualified. We will need all of the following in PDF Form (No 50 Page Plus Documents, No Exception.)

1. Executive Summary (up to 10 pages) 2. Precise Use of Proceeds (up to 10 pages) 3. Pro Forma - with all debt service removed/interest reserves (Up to 10 pages) 4. Strong resume supporting the individual(s) doing the project (up to 5 pages)

NOTE: All docs should be to the point and simple for streamlining purposes and there may be additional information required.
